My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The service was rude, and I had some serious cleaning issues in my room, which ruined my holiday. The food in the dining area is lackluster, often served lukewarm, and the overall atmosphere can be quite rowdy due to the party crowd. Still, the staff do their best to keep things tidy and maintain a welcoming environment.
I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and while the first week was fantastic with a lovely room and excellent cleanliness, the second week got a bit chaotic with lots of noisy guests. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, quickly moving us to another room. The hotel's location is great with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, but I wouldn't recommend it for families due to the rowdiness of some guests.
